Job Description
Celerant Technology is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead their finance and accounting functions. The role involves developing financial strategies, overseeing accounting operations, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership, and ensuring financial compliance. This is a pivotal role for the company, as it is rapidly expanding and focusing on expanding its operations to include new markets in the US.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel.
- Proven track record of financial leadership in the software industry, understanding of SaaS business models and revenue recognition principles.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
