Job Description
As a Research Screening Specialist, you will work in an office / clinic environment with a team of 10 colleagues to assist in the development of drugs through clinical research. Responsibilities include preparation and maintenance of participant activities, data entry, and developing positive participant communications and relationships.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in social or biological sciences or a hospitality related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- One year customer services experience
- Experience in organizing and managing multiple priorities
- General knowledge of Microsoft Windows based applications
