Quality Assurance Coordinator

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for managing non-conformances, root cause analysis, administration, and coordination of pump inspection, including 3rd party inspectors of all contracts for new equipment and spares orders, and Manufacturing Inspection and Test Plans. The candidate will also be expected to help maintain the Quality Systems to improve customer satisfaction and COPQ reduction.

Requirements

• Manage all non-conformances, including supplier-related non-conformances and deviation requests.
• Document non-conformities, ensuring all details are captured accurately.
• Investigate and resolving non-conformities, conduct investigations to determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve them.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analysing nonconformities and identifying areas for process enhancements and quality improvements.
• Lead, coordinate, and host customers and 3rd party inspectors during witness inspection activities over the life of the project/order.
• Prepare quality documentation for other departments and submittals to customers, as well as packages for 3rd party inspector reviews.
• Develop and implement quality control plans for manufacturing processes throughout the facility.
• Support QA Inspector by performing visual, dimensional inspections, and documentation review for incoming items, perform dimensional inspection and documentation review of in-process and final inspections on items and/or pumps.
