Supplier Quality Engineer

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to maximize overall quality and performance of key suppliers, using continuous improvement techniques, while driving out risks. The role involves coordinating with manufacturing and other internal departments to define and resolve product or service supplier quality issues, and liaising directly with vendors to ensure RCA process completion and CAPA implementation.

Requirements

• University or College Degree in Engineering or Quality Management
• Basic inspection techniques / knowledge
• Foundry or machining background (preferred)
• Knowledge of process controls / dimensional controls
• Can interpret Quality Plan Documentation, Specification Requirements, Engineering Drawings, etc.
• Experience of dealing with machining / casting suppliers
• Experience of ISO 9001, NQA-1, ASME Codes and Standards (desirable)
• Hold a recognized auditing qualification (preferred)
