Job Description
Celestia Labs is seeking a Head of Product to lead product strategy and teams in a technically complex, market-driven environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- At least 4 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of building and scaling product functions at similar tech companies
- Deep expertise in user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Experience establishing product roadmaps, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
