Performs moderately complex tasks and task leadership to a process team responsible for the manufacture, assembly, repair or modification of products. Works under general supervision, with some freedom to select best methods and procedures to follow to complete assignments.

Requirements

• Acts as trainer and problem solver, balances personnel and facilitates the movement of product(s) through designated area of responsibility.
• Monitors the conduct, performance and contribution of trainees.
• Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.
• Compiles data and generates reports on trainee performance.
• Possesses foundation skills and appropriate technical / leadership skills.
