The Manager, IT Business Partner is responsible for leading the strategic alignment between Celestica's business units in Japan and global IT capabilities. This role requires a strong advisor who can translate business vision into a technology roadmap and manage high-impact projects from ideation to delivery.

Requirements

• Lead the strategic alignment between Celestica's business units in Japan and global IT capabilities
• Manage high-impact projects from ideation to delivery
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT's development team
• Facilitate and function as a liaison between business units and IT's development team to design and implement new solutions to meet business requirements
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current systems
• Conduct feasibility studies and perform cost benefit analysis to determine viable solutions for process improvement needs
• Participate on hardware and software evaluations related to a proposed solution for the process change
• Stay informed on new or emerging trends and technologies that provide clear benefits to the organization, business partners, and/or customers
