Job Description
The Staff Reliability Engineer works in cross-functional teams to ensure products meet reliability specifications, defining reliability testing strategy and conducting tests. They analyze product reliability, coordinate testing, and train manufacturing partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering or similar
- Demonstrated experience with FMEA, design for reliability (DFR), DFT and design for manufacturability (DFM) concepts
- Familiar with Reliability Block Diagram(RBD), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), De-rating, reparable and life analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management and data analysis skills
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and well-organized
