Buying Team Leader

Buying Team Leader is responsible for driving performance improvement at critical suppliers, resolving complex systemic problems, and leading cross-functional project teams to improve OTTR, Past Due, Volatility and Linearity at the site.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of an electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes.
• Expert understanding and interpretation of traffic and customs rules and regulations.
• Good understanding of internal and external customer requirements.
• Good financial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve high complexity process/system problems using financial, analytical, and/or statistical models.
