Hardware Design Engineer

The Hardware Design Engineer works within cross-functional teams to ensure robust, high-quality product development, researching and developing new electrical systems and circuits, and providing technical support throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Design and develop technical solutions without assistance in a limited number of technical fields supporting common segments/technologies
• Research system ideas and draw up plans for these systems
• Design, modify, and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica's needs
• Create designs in line with Celestica's procedures, regulations, and customer standards
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams
• Create Schematics, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Diagrams, and Drawings
• Analyze and Interpret Data and Information
• Create Reports and Documentation
