Inventory Analyst

Celestica is seeking a data-driven Inventory Analyst to support and execute inventory control functions for the business unit. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of foundational experience in inventory management, data analysis, and material movement within a manufacturing or logistics environment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of direct experience in an Inventory Control, Materials Analyst, or cycle counting role
• Foundational knowledge of material flow and inventory management in a high-tech or electronics assembly environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for transaction processing and data lookups
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data organization and basic analysis
• Solid understanding of cycle counting methodologies, inventory reconciliation processes, and basic warehouse management principles
• High attention to detail, analytical, and excellent communication skills for resolving discrepancies with cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers
