Job Description
The IT Solutions Specialist will engage with site business functions to identify and advocate business process improvement opportunities through the use of IT solutions. Provide support and user training on selected systems and participate in IT projects in various capacities.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure), SAP/ABAP, and ERP/SCM systems
- Competency in programming languages such as.NET and JavaScript
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, backed by a strong customer-service mindset
