Manager, Global New Product Quality

The New Product Quality Manager at Celestica will oversee and advance the company's quality strategy and execution for Cloud and Connectivity Solutions. They will focus on embedding Advanced Product Quality Approach into design and manufacturing processes, ensuring robust quality techniques and methodologies are implemented, and ensure high-quality products in the market. This role involves continuous improvements and data-driven analysis to ensure quality processes and products are built with high-quality in mind.

Requirements

• Sound quality professional with solid years in quality managing various streams of quality, focusing on New Product Development and Introduction.
• Strong personality with robust influential skills - Results driven, with a track record of tangible improvements led in previous organizations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• In depth knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning, ISO standards and processes.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum.
• Excellent knowledge in Quality Management tools and techniques including: Requirements cascade, risk assessment, test and validation coverage, Design for Excellence (Dfx), manufacturing process qualification; establishing an overall understanding of end-to-end quality.
• Ability to manage various stakeholders to meet quality goals and aspirations.
• Ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high quality levels within tight timelines and in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment.
