New Product Development Engineer

We are seeking a NPD Engineer to join our New Product Development (NPD) team to bridge design and manufacturing to ensure smooth product introduction, robust design implementation, and failure prevention across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Own 1–2 product components (e.g., networking, compute, storage, or AI/ML modules) within customer programs.
• Qualify and implement new products, including processes, equipment, and materials.
• Lead and support DFX activities (Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, Reliability, Test).
• Conduct design risk assessments and implement design/manufacturing guidelines.
• Manage pilot builds and monitor technical performance during product development cycles.
• Participate in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for technical issues.
• Document, track, and resolve failures throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, supply chain engineering, quality, NPI teams, and directly with customers.
