Planning Team Leader 3

This job is a first-level supervisor at a large site (800 employees) supervising ~25 - 50 ees or a non-supervisory team lead of a support function and typically reports into a second-level manager. Provides direct supervision to semi-skilled employees within a single function or work group.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Good knowledge of an electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes
• Good understanding of specific customers' business, organization, products and processes
• Knowledge of basic computer applications such as WORD, Excel, PowerPoint and multiple business applications.
• Good presentation skills
• Good analytical and statistical skills
• Good leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines
• Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers
