Production Manager

Celestica is seeking a results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. The Manager will be fully accountable for achieving daily production goals, maintaining high quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe, high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in high-volume electronics or complex system manufacturing, with a minimum of 3 years in a direct management role
• Proven experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or related high-tech hardware
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing control systems, process flow, and modern quality methodologies
• Ability to use applications such as Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, and PowerPoint
