Job Description
The Manager, Global Supply (GSM) is a cross-functional leader responsible for supplier performance across multiple sites, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and technology readiness. This role ensures end-to-end operational excellence by partnering with Commodity Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Engineering (GCE), and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business
- 8–12 years of experience in global supply chain management, supplier readiness, or manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated success in supplier performance management, capacity planning, and risk mitigation
- Proficiency with Kinaxis, SAP, E2Open, Power BI, and related data visualization tools
