Senior HRBP (Manager)

Senior HRBP (Manager) responsible for building business relationships, collaborating with leadership teams, and managing people processes. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, and handles employee inquiries and disputes.

Requirements

• At least bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field
• 10 years and above of working experience in Human Resources functions as HR generalist, HR Manager, or Human Resources Business Partner
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, facilitation, internal consulting and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
