Job Description
As the Senior Manager of Hardware Design Engineering, you will lead a team in developing cutting-edge cooling solutions for AI servers, switches, and accelerators. You will leverage your expertise in heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and 3D simulation to transition concepts from initial schematics through to rigorous testing and full-scale manufacturing.
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
- Take responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions
- Design, modify, and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs
- Set yearly plans and goals for the department and provide regular performance evaluations
- Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions, and thermal and structural analysis
