Senior Technician, IT Site Services

The Senior Technician, IT Site Services is primarily responsible for attending to all IT technical problems reported on the factory floor to sustain production continuity. The incumbent may also attend to the offices and other areas from time to time.

Requirements

• Provides direct support on all IT technical problems on the factory floor production lines
• Completes computer setup, operating system, clients software update, security patching and follows up on audit issues
• Provides daily support to end users and resolves eHelpdesk tickets
• Assists IT Solutions/Infrastructure Assistant or above on all functions
