Job Description
The Lead Engineer, Hardware Design will work with cross functional teams to ensure robust and high quality product sustenance. The role involves creating schematics, testing, troubleshooting, and validating systems for various applications within the NPI/RMA process. This is a hands-on, 'hands-on' position requiring strong technical background in EE and product development and manufacturing experience.
Requirements
- Creation of Schematics, Bills of material, diagrams, drawings, etc.
- Creating technical reports and documentation
- Identifying technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving them
- Participation in technical meetings and preparing training programs
- Hardware validation of Networking, Storage, Server products against customer’s infield issues
