Job Description
The Staff Engineer, Hardware Design works with cross functional teams to ensure robust and high quality product development, and develops new electrical systems/circuits for various applications.
Requirements
- Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
- Provide technical leadership and direction to a sizable team of engineers
- Review and interpret customer requirements/specifications
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions
- Create designs in line with Celestica procedures, regulations and customer standards
