The Technical Project Lead (Hardware Design) develops new electrical systems/circuits for various applications, working in cross-functional teams to ensure robust and high-quality product development. The role requires technical leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
• Provide technical leadership and direction to a sizable team of engineers
• Take responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project
• Review and interpret customer requirements/specifications
• Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions
• Develops deployment strategies and plans
• Manage relationships with key vendors/partners
• Research systems ideas and draw up plans for these systems
• Design, modify, and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs
• Create designs in line with Celestica's procedures, regulations, and customer standards
• Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge and regulations
• Solve complex problems
• Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams
• Recommend system modifications
