Technical Project Lead (TPL) , Hardware Design

The Staff Engineer, Electrical Design develops new electrical systems/circuits for various applications. They research system ideas, draw up plans, and test, simulate, and validate the systems. They provide support throughout the manufacturing process and work with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and high-quality product development.

Requirements

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
• Provide technical leadership and direction to a sizable team of engineers
• Take responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project (people, financials, etc.)
• Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions
• Design, modify, and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs
