Senior Product Data & Tools Specialist

Celigo is seeking a Senior Product Data & Tools Specialist to join our Product Operations team. In this role, you’ll serve as the technical and analytical backbone of our Product organization, owning key tools like Pendo, building integrations with Snowflake and other systems, and enabling insights that guide product decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment in roles such as Product Operations, Product Analytics, Data Engineering, or SaaS Tool Administration.
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS products and web applications.
• Proven experience managing and configuring product analytics tools (Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Strong understanding of product analytics best practices, including tracking plans, event taxonomies, and metrics frameworks.
• Experience designing or maintaining event-based tracking and instrumentation frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate business and product questions into data requirements.
• Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Hands-on experience building integrations, working with APIs, and understanding data modeling concepts.
• Comfortable writing SQL and basic scripting in JavaScript or Python.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Analysts, Designers, Researchers, and Engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience).
