We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to drive organizational results for the EMEA region. The successful candidate will lead talent strategies, develop and deploy scalable HR processes, and cultivate CST's core values. They will also have experience in international HR, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency, Dutch competency)
- Project Management and keen organizational skills.
- Experience in a growing, fast-paced, high performing company, working within both large and small companies.
- Experience in building and designing scalable HR processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop a high degree of personal credibility at all levels of the organization.
- Quick thinking. Can synthesize information quickly in the context of the bigger picture.
