Job Description
Cellares is seeking a Director of Engineering and Facilities to manage and maintain facilities and systems, ensuring compliance with GMP and EHS standards. This role oversees office space, cleanroom suites, equipment, and utilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cGMP operations and possess strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- Develop and implement facilities policies and practices (SOPs)
- Manage and coordinate equipment calibrations, preventive maintenance, and monitoring
- Manage a computerized equipment maintenance and calibration program using a modern eQMS platform
- Manage and coordinate a facility pest control program
- Oversee Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) activities
- Capture, analyze, prioritize, delegate, and communicate maintenance projects
- Manage the direct relationship with landlords and/or property managers
