Job Description
The Sales Director : Payouts & B2B will be accountable for leading and scaling Cellulant’s payout solutions across enterprise and mid-market clients in Africa, driving revenue growth and establishing long-term strategic relationships with high-value clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced qualifications preferred.
- Minimum of 7–10 years in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management within fintech, payments, banking, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Deep knowledge of B2B payments, bulk disbursement workflows, and digital financial ecosystems.
- Experience in designing, selling, or scaling payment technology solutions/platforms.
