Job Description
Cellular Sales is looking for a Market Recruiter to join their team. As a Market Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for sales roles. You will work closely with General Managers and Sales Team Leaders to understand their hiring needs and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience as a sales 'producer' or recruiting 'champion'
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of internet search, campus recruiting, talent canvassing, and MS Office
