We're looking for a Working Student in Learning Experience Design to help us build high-impact, self-paced learning experiences for our Online Training Team. As a Working Student, you'll be an active producer, creating and building interactive courses, scripting and producing multimedia content, and analyzing feedback data to improve our content.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Learning Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX, or Content Marketing Writing
- Firm grasp of adult learning principles and ability to apply them to digital environments
- Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with eLearning authoring tools (like Articulate Rise/Storyline) or video editing (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere)
- Fluent in English (C1+ level) with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts into engaging scripts
- Availability to support the team for 16–20 hours per week, for up to 1+ year ideally
