Brand Innovation Manager

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is a global CPG company seeking a Brand Innovation Manager to contribute to the creation of new products and drive growth for the Celsius brand. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of product development, market trends, and consumer insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing
• 3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing and/or Product Development, preferably CPG.
• Project Management & leadership skills.
• Experience working with creative agencies and other external partners.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure.
• Ability to deliver both verbal and written communication in a simple, compelling manner.
• Ability to think strategically, both from a brand and portfolio view.
• Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Team oriented with great interpersonal skills.
