Job Description
CEMEX is seeking a Reliability & Projects Engineer to ensure safe and reliable operation of production facilities at the lowest life cycle cost and develop cost-effective projects to increase plant productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, instrumentation, automation, networking, and cybersecurity, with a proven track record of implementing reliability methodologies and strategies. The role requires excellent communication and team interaction skills, as well as the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Networking Engineering
- 12 years of experience in maintenance and engineering of electrical, instrumentation, automation, networking equipment
- Proven experience in execution of Reliability methodologies such as RCA, RCI, FMEA, Statistical downtime analysis, Fishbone analysis etc
- Excellent communication, team interaction and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as lead/participate on cross functional teams
