LABORER SERVICEMAN CEMENT

Cemex is a leader in the building materials industry, seeking a reliable and safety-focused Laborer / Serviceman to support maintenance and production activities across their plant. The role involves hands-on work, cleanup, and maintenance tasks, with a focus on safety compliance and physical tasks.

Requirements

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules, wear PPE, and report equipment or safety concerns.
• Physical Tasks: Perform trenching, digging, backfilling, shoveling, sweeping, and cleanup work.
• Facility Support: Assist with maintenance work, concrete form building, painting, and general housekeeping.
• Equipment Maintenance: Lubricate and oil equipment; support maintenance teams and respond to callouts.
• Training & Participation: Attend meetings and training sessions. Support other classifications and plant outage work.
• Additional Duties: Complete any tasks assigned by management to support plant operations.
