Perform analysis using predictive maintenance technologies to diagnose potential equipment failures and increase equipment reliability. Promote safe behavior and standardize predictive technologies databases.
Requirements
- Technical degree, engineering, or licentiate
- Intermediate level English language proficiency
- 5 years of condition-based maintenance experience
- Level II Vibration Analysis
- Extensive experience in Level II Vibration with knowledge of Emerson-CSI AMS Suite software and use of CSI 2140 analyzer
- Dynamic balancing in 1 and 2 planes
- Electric motor analysis (PDMA)
- Thermography with knowledge of camera and FLIR or Fluke software usage
- Oil analysis knowledge (Level I Analyst)
- Acoustic ultrasonics knowledge
