Job Description
The Supervisor of Operations oversees the assignment of Tractor Operators, ensures safe operating conditions, and meets load, supply, and delivery plans. They are responsible for monitoring and tracking the assignment of Tractor Operators, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and optimizing operating expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- 2 years of experience as a Supervisor of Yards or Operations
- Management of operational personnel
- Cost analysis
- Industrial Safety
- Customer Service
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (basic)
- Basic-intermediate knowledge of NOM 012
- Official CEMEX safety training
- SAP (basic)
