SUPERVISOR DE OPERACIONES

The Operations Supervisor will supervise, monitor, and track the assignment of Truck Drivers for each transportation unit, ensuring safe operating conditions and meeting load, supply, and/or delivery plans to satisfy customer demand.

Requirements

• Supervise and monitor Truck Drivers for each transportation unit
• Ensure safe operating conditions for drivers, equipment, and delivery zones
• Meet load, supply, and/or delivery plans to satisfy customer demand
• Manage and assign units according to chain type
• Follow up with operators regarding load, transportation, and unloading of transportation units
• Verify pending deliveries and make decisions to comply with the load agenda
• Register daily reports of working hours per operator and incentives
• Inspect unloading facilities with Instructors
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and the application of CEMEX Consequence System
• Participate actively in Safety training
