Job Description
Cemex is seeking a Talent Development Engineer to join their Cement division within their Demopolis, Alabama, location. The role involves a 12-month rotational program focused on hands-on experience in various Cement operations, encompassing safety, skills development, and innovation. Requirements
- Recent Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Mining, or Manufacturing Engineering).
- GPA of 2.5 or higher (Preference for 3.0+).
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning.
- Analytical and presentation skills.
- Up to 2 years of experience in heavy or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.
