Job Description
The Senior Claims Analyst reports to the Claims Manager and is directly responsible for the management of Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability and General Liability claims assigned per region and line of business.
Requirements
- Oversight of the TPA Adjuster
- Evaluate claim reserves and settlement requests
- Monitor and review open claims on a consistent basis
- Coordinate return to work with the business unit
- Report and analyze claim trends
- Coordinate all parties involved in a catastrophic event
- Conduct claim reviews and claim audits
- Liaison with Corporate Legal Counsel on complex litigated claims
- Ensure adequate reserves for the claim exposure
- Pursue timely and reasonable claim settlements
