Job Description
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising, monitoring, and tracking the assignment of Truck Drivers for each transportation unit, with the objective of meeting cargo, supply, and/or delivery plans to satisfy customer demand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering
- 2 years of experience as a Supervisor of Patios or Operations Supervisor
- Operational personnel management experience
- Cost analysis skills
- Industrial Safety experience
- Customer service experience
- Microsoft Excel skills (intermediate)
- Microsoft PowerPoint skills (basic)
- Basic-intermediate knowledge of NOM 012
- SAP skills (basic)
- Official CEMEX safety training
