Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant and Licensing Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our legal team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant role or senior administrative role supporting C-Suite executives or licensing role
- Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to handle privileged and market-sensitive information with discretion
