Job Description
CENTEGIX is looking for a Command Center Technician to provide Tier 3 Support for Customer Support and Field Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for system monitoring and maintenance, technical support, incident management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical operations, incident mgmt, or technical support roles
- Knowledge of Zigbee and LoRaWAN wireless protocols
- Knowledge of Linux-based commands
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
