Job Description
This is a remote Quality Care Member Advocate position that requires travel and emphasizes community engagement, member education, and collaboration with providers to ensure members receive timely, appropriate care and support. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and has a strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare programs, quality measures, and community resources.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
- Reside in Hardin County, Texas
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in community health or healthcare quality
- Familiarity with Medicaid / Medicare programs and quality measures (e.g., HEDIS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
