Job Description
Maintenance Technician position provides maintenance support for Wadena and Welch apartment buildings. The primary responsibility is to ensure the timely completion of all assigned maintenance duties and other tasks.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Previous building maintenance experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
