Job Description
The Job Coach/Retention Specialist is responsible for identifying and addressing barriers to employment for CEO participants, providing support services to ensure they become job start ready, and helping CEO achieve targeted retention outcomes. The JC/RS is a key position in CEO's mission to provide employment services to people with a history of incarceration.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with a good driver's record
- 1-2+ years of related experience
- Computer savvy, with demonstrated word processing skills, ability to use the Internet to research job opportunities, familiarity with Salesforce preferred
