Case Manager, Community Site

The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Case Manager for the Supervised Release Program in Brooklyn, NY. The Case Manager will provide supervision and court monitoring for SRP participants, work with participants to identify and address barriers to compliance, and connect participants to appropriate services in the community. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of direct practice experience, or a high school degree and six years of direct practice experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and two years direct practice experience
• Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with trauma-informed and strength-based approaches
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
