Compliance Specialist

The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Compliance Specialist to implement and execute strategies to ensure accurate compliance tracking and reporting for the Supervised Release team at Brooklyn Justice Initiatives. The Compliance Specialist will also assist with compliance concerns, audits, and data collection and entry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience working in a criminal court setting and/or human service field, or 3-4 years' experience in the criminal justice field as an equivalency
• Strong Microsoft Excel, organization, and communication skills, in addition to strong writing ability
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds in a culturally responsive manner
• Professional demeanor and ability to communicate appropriately with judges and other court personnel
