Job Description
The Center for Justice Innovation seeks an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join the Finance team. The candidate should have high energy and curiosity about the Center’s work and a talent for translating financial concepts to non-financial staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or other related fields
- At least 5-7 years of demonstrable experience including supervisory experience and success in nonprofit financial management
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information
