Job Description
The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation and day-to-day operations of the Eviction Diversion Initiative in the Syracuse Landlord/Tenant Court. The Project Manager will supervise direct service staff, ensure consistent service delivery, and serve as a liaison among tenants, judges, and court partners.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day EDI operations
- Supervise, train, and support Housing Navigators and interns
- Provide direct assistance to housing court litigants
- Design, implement, and refine site-level interventions
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot intake, referral, case management, and data-tracking systems
- Build and steward collaborative relationships with local partners
- Represent EDI at meetings, trainings, and local forums
