Job Description
We are seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with autism in home and community settings, using ABA principles. The successful candidate will be a great fit if they are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn, and want a meaningful role where they can grow personally and professionally.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

- Hourly Pay: $25 to $32 (DOE & education)
