Job Description
Center for New Beginnings is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings.
Requirements
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings
- Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Assist with parent and caregiver training
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Collaborate with a treatment team
- Maintain and acquire technical knowledge
